How It Works

Simply call our clinic to schedule a telephone consultation with one of our doctors. During the call, you can discuss your concerns and receive professional advice and recommendations. Telephone consultations are ideal for non-urgent medical issues or follow-up discussions.

Conditions

• The patient must have attended the clinic within the past six (6) months.
• While it may not always be possible to call you at your scheduled time, the doctor will contact you before 3:00 PM.
•  The doctor will attempt to call you once and leave a message if you are unavailable.
•  It is the patient’s responsibility to return the call to the number displayed or to the clinic’s main line at 5580 8070.
•  If the patient does not answer the scheduled call and fails to return the call within the 3 Pm, the consultation will be deemed a missed appointment.
•   In certain circumstances, a telephone consultation with the doctor originally booked may not be available. In such cases, the appointment may be reassigned to another doctor.  Patients who prefer to consult with the originally booked doctor are required to reschedule their appointment for an in-clinic consultation.
